Builder-grade is a starting point, not the ceiling
Builder packages keep costs down, which often means thinner LVP, basic carpet, and a limited color line. Match the floor to the room

Whether to upgrade at build or replace later is mostly a budget-timing question rather than a quality one.
- Can I install hardwood in a new Fishers or Westfield build?
