- Information you give us. When you book a free in-home design consultation or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, and any details you share about your flooring project.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect standard analytics data - pages visited, device and browser type, and referring source - using Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel.
- Advertising parameters. If you arrive from an online ad, we may capture campaign identifiers (for example UTM tags and Meta click IDs) so we can measure which ads lead to consultations.
How we use your information
- To schedule and prepare for your in-home design consultation.
- To respond to your questions and provide quotes and follow-up.
- To measure and improve our website and advertising.
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate - for example our booking and CRM platform (HighLevel/LeadConnector), Google Analytics, and Meta - and only as needed to provide the services above or as required by law.
